Hard Rock Cafe Orlando PinVitational 2006
On Sunday, January 29th, 2006 between the hours of 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at the Hard Rock Hotel in Orlando, FL a unique opportunity to meet, trade pins, share ideas and forge relationships with Hard Rock GM’s, corporate decision makers, pin manufacturers and merchandise buyers from around the world was extended to HRCPCC members. Hard Rock International invited us to attend “Pinvitational”, the premier pin collectors’ gathering of 2006. Pin collecting took on center stage and the “Year of the Pin” was announced during Hard Rock’s annual Leadership Conference. (From Hard Rock Online information)

Here are some pictures I took from that event and pictures of the pin and laminate given out to those that attended.
It had to be one of the most exciting pin trading events I have been to in recent years. I thought Bangkok was amazing (It was!), but this was just unbelievable!
Trading even went on outside on the veranda!

Below the Laminate from Left to Right: 1) Pinvitational Pin (LE 300) given to attendees, 2) Back of that pin, and then the 3) Orlando Leadership Conference Pin given to ONLY GM's, Vendors, and those attending the Conference.
Note also that three colored lanyards were given out to the Orlando Leadership Conference: Black for Corporate Owned Cafe Attendees, Yellow for Franchise Cafe Attendees, and Green for Vendors working at the Conference.
